Campaign Rally In Washington, NC

The election is getting closer and that means that campaigning is heating up. This weekend a tradtion of campaigning in Washington, NC was continued. Political parties set up tents next to a park on the Pamlico River and hand out free hot dogs and Bar-B-Que for citizens to listen to their positions. This rally was by the Republicans, and featured the Republican U.S. Representative Walter Jones. All local candidates were there with their supporters.

Ron Toppin Hands Out Literature - The Lady Turned Out To Be The Mother Of A Soldier In Iraq - Her Son Volunteered And Had Just Arrived In Iraq Last Week After Training In California




These Men Heard Ron Talking With The Soldier's Mother And Had Lots Of Questions On His Views About Iraq And Protection Of Our Borders
